Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to start off by saying that YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER COMPANY THAN SKY WHIRL FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS. Believe me I tried! I called and had over 8 of the highly rated companies in the area Honeys, Love, Derek Sawyers, Wally Fawkes, DeHart, TMC, Star, Brian Tonori...and none came close to Sky Whirl. Not close in price, customer service or quality of work. From the first phone call to the many calls I made asking questions they were always very professional. I had a feeling Josh the owner knew I would not find better deal out there because he was always so nice, helpful and confident. I will say not once did Sky Whirl bad mouth any of the other companies unlike all them with the exception of Wally Fawkes did bad mouth Sky Whirls price by claiming they were "mom and pop" and that "Sky Whirl would not be around to honor the warranty." Not worried at all because Sky Whirl has been servicing my moms system for years now. She is also very happy with their customer service and work. I being very frugal had to shop around and boy did I waste a lot of time. They all want to go in the attic even after I mentioned the units I was interested in. They all are very good salespeople because they had an rebuttal and answer to all my questions and comments. Little did they know I was also in sales and could smell their bull. It really comes down to the bigger the company the bigger the overhead. I'll give them credit they tried to earn my business but Sky Whirl was better all around. Josh worked with me to install the units around my schedule. When the installers showed up they were very young and I have to admit I was skeptical of their work ethic but the 3 young men Sebastian, Jonathan and I cant remember the other young mans name were extremely respectful, cautious and professional. I hovered over them as I mentioned I was skeptical but I felt at ease very quickly. (Rare) the young men worked very quick, efficiently and communicated very well with me and among themselves. Honestly way better than some older adults I work with. I kept my garage open and I have lots of stuff in there and not once did I feel uncomfortable leaving them unattended. Nothing went missing even with very expensive items laying around. Since I had 2 units it took 2 days and the young men did not skip a beat or cut corners. I am proud of these young men because as we all know it these kids these days are not know as hard workers. I would hire all 3 of them in a heart beat. When they were done with the installation they took their time to show me how to operate the new units and cleaned up after themselves. I had a third party company test for leaks and they told me that they test a lot of Sky Whirls and others installs and Sky Whirl is always great with no major leaks or issues. He tested mine and I had no leaks. If you want to save time and money start with Sky Whirl because you won't be disappointed. I did all the legwork for you guys and it was not easy or fun thats why I'm sharing so that I may help you specially if you are not a haggler or shopper like me aka cheapskate ☺️ Overall I am impressed with how professional Sky Whirl is for a "mom and pop" like the others call them. They definitely have the perks of a mom and pop while being professional and competitive with large corporations. They were all kind and very respectful young men. Making sure to wear coverings over their shoes, communicating when they need to do something. All around a great experience.
