Skywhirl has always been incredible, in every aspect, for our HVAC needs. This morning, my wife and I noticed our home was cold, even with the thermostat showing the heat on. I called Skywhirl and they promised a service later today. Two technicians, Josh and Francisco, arrived at the given service window. They quickly diagnosed and solved the problem and most importantly, (given the same day of calling) my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the payment amount. If your looking for heating and/or air service, I highly recommend Sky Whirl. Absolutely love this local Patterson company! Very easy and quick to get a service appointment. After sending an online request for service, we heard back from someone within about 30 minutes! And this was on a Saturday. Very friendly customer service all around. Abby is very helpful with scheduling appointments and and answering appointment related and service type questions. The service technicians Francisco and Josh are amazing! They are super friendly and patiently answered all of our questions and did a great job with our furnace maintenance and repair. They are also very transparent about everything and their pricing in my opinion is very reasonable. We look forward to them continuing to service our heating and air.
