With what I paid I was able to get a fancy contraption to clean the air and a wifi thermostat! They even offered to help with the rebate paperwork. Overall great service. Weather was getting warmer and I have my elderly parents, kids, and pets I didn't want to risk getting into summer with no cold air. He even made the appointment at a time when I was home from work and explained everything. Last person made comments I was not comfortable with. When I called for a quote Josh came over and was very nice. Everyone was very nice and especially Jillian at the office!! Heater works great. The women in the office were very friendly to talk to over the phone. They were able to send a technician to my house the same day I called to look at my heating issue. The technician, Francisco, was also very courteous and knowledgeable. The experience was great and I would use their services again. I also signed up for their maintenance plan. I feel that the prices were reasonable and my heater is fixed now. We had a great experience with Sky Whirl in Patterson. The woman who answered the phone (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and was able to get a tech out to us right away, which we truly appreciated since it’s been cold and we have an 11-month-old at home with no heat. Josh was our HVAC tech and he was excellent. He was very professional, quickly found the root of the problem, clearly explained our options, and put together a solid game plan. He stayed until the job was completely finished — even working until around 7pm. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond. This morning, my wife and I noticed our home was cold, even with the thermostat showing the heat on. I called Skywhirl and they promised a service later today. Two technicians, Josh and Francisco, arrived at the given service window. They quickly diagnosed and solved the problem and most importantly, (given the same day of calling) my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the payment amount. If your looking for heating and/or air service, I highly recommend Sky Whirl. Absolutely love this local Patterson company! Very easy and quick to get a service appointment. After sending an online request for service, we heard back from someone within about 30 minutes! And this was on a Saturday. Very friendly customer service all around. Abby is very helpful with scheduling appointments and and answering appointment related and service type questions. The service technicians Francisco and Josh are amazing! They are super friendly and patiently answered all of our questions and did a great job with our furnace maintenance and repair. They are also very transparent about everything and their pricing in my opinion is very reasonable.
