This company uses an outside customer service center and they have no clue what they are doing. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment and the tech was supposed to be here between 10-12. When the technician didn’t show up I called and was told the only thing they could do was message the tech. This happened 4 times and on the 4th time I had it and escalated the issue. Come to find out there hadn’t ever been a technician assigned to my job as there were none available, so who were they messaging? This is bad enough, but I also had two other people who could have helped me, but I passed on because I had this scheduled. It means I have no ac for the rest of the weekend with a 4 month old baby in the house. I’m not sure how there are so many good reviews for this company given how poorly they handled everything. There was a complete lack of communication. I get it that everyone is busy right now. If they had said they didn’t have availability I would have thanked them and moved on. Francisco Did a Great jobTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just hade a maintenance check up on my new heat pump Skywhirl installed last April. I was greeted by Francisco who politely introduced himself as the technician who would be performing the HVAC maintenance. Francisco protected the areas from dust and insulation at the attic access. He inspected the plenum and condensation pan for leaks and moisture. Franciisco also inspected and cleaned the outside heat pump and compressor by First de energizing the system through the electrical disconnect. Francisco inspected and changed the return airf filters as needed. Francisco picked up all of the dust collection protection and made sure the house was left clean. I appreciate Skywhirl’s professionalism when they perform there routin maintenance. Thank you Francisco.
