The AC Crew, Luke, David, and Sebastian, were friendly, laid carpet to protect our floors, they were mindful of the pets in our home wanting to accommodate the households needs in that regard. I appreciated that they checked every vent in our home to make sure it was working sufficiently. Josh first evaluated our unit on Saturday and determined the aftermarket compressor grounded out and it was finally time for a whole new unit. I got a couple more bids on Monday and after being the most reasonable and winning my job by Monday at 3pm, he was able to magically schedule me for the new unit to be installed the next morning. Crane was there by 6am on Tuesday along with our installers Sebastian, Luke and David. They were done by 11am and we were thrilled with our new thermostat and cool air.
